Post Haste understands the importance to its clients and to their customers of discreet and confidential handling of their personal information.
Post Haste provides assurances of confidentiality and security with respect to the following:
- A secure working environment protected by full 24-hour protection, seven days per week.
- All databases maintained by Post Haste are protected by secure network links, which are complemented by firewalls, hardware and software encryption, password protection, virus protection and internal quality procedures. All Post Haste staff are required to sign confidentiality undertakings which extend to client information.
- All customer data will be deleted within seven days of job completion, unless otherwise instructed in writing by the client.
- All customers’ material rejected through internal processing will be disposed of via secure destruction services.
- All mail is transported via Australia Post Bulk Delivery Services.
- Only authorised Post Haste staff with a legitimate role in fulfilling the terms of the contract will have access to data.
- At no time will an employee of Post Haste reproduce, transmit or disclose any information to a third party unless prior written authorisation is received from the customer.
- Post Haste will not sub-contract the processing of confidential information to a third party unless prior written authorisation is received from the customer.
